Enda Carroll is the owner of HurlingMad.com – an ecommerce store that sells funny GAA related tshirts.

HurlingMad.com was created at a total cost of under €70.

Online sales exceeded the development costs of the website within a few weeks of launch in 2011 – and the site has gone on to enjoy month on month growth since then.

I had an idea for a website for a few years but as I had no background in computing, had no idea where to begin to make a website.  Consequently, I was thrilled when I stumbled across this course.

 

It covers everything you need to know about making a website and starting an online business.  As I was on a very tight budget, the fact that it is so cheap was a bonus.

 

The site is very easy to navigate, and the the quiz at the end of each lesson is a great way to revise what you’ve learned.

 

Put it this way, I coudnt have launched my website without doing this course, as it covered so many things that I hadnt a clue about, such as hosting and domains, using wordpress, web design, SEO, and google analytics.

 

I would recommend this to anybody who has an idea for a business/website but who maybe (like me) does not know how to go about starting it.
